Detailed Itinerary

• Day 01: Arrival at Cochin
  • Arrive at Cochin International Airport, where you’ll be assisted to your pre-booked hotel.
  • Visit San Francisco Church, Chinese fishing nets, a Jewish synagogue, and the Dutch Palace.
  • In the evening, experience a cultural showcase of Indian traditions. Overnight at Travancore Court Hotel.
• Day 02: Cochin to Munnar
  • After breakfast, drive to Munnar and check into your hotel.
  • Munnar, at 1800 feet above sea level, offers breathtaking views. Visit Eravikulam National Park and the Damptpatty Dam. Overnight at Misty Mountain Hotel.
• Day 03: Munnar to Periyar
  • Post breakfast, head to Periyar (120 km, about 4 hours). Explore Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, one of India’s premier wildlife reserves. Overnight at Tree Top Hotel.
• Day 04: Periyar
  • Enjoy a morning boat ride on Periyar Lake amidst the surrounding hills. Spot wildlife such as elephants, wild dogs, otters, and various bird species. Overnight at Tree Top Hotel.
• Day 05: Periyar to Kumarakom
  • After breakfast, travel from Periyar to Kumarakom (121 km, about 4.5 hours). Check into Kumarakom Park Resort. Kumarakom is renowned for its backwaters and bird sanctuary, home to a variety of bird species. Overnight at Kumarakom Park Resort.
• Day 06: Kumarakom Houseboat
  • After breakfast, embark on a houseboat cruise through Kumarakom’s backwaters. Observe local life, paddy fields, and fishing activities. Overnight on the Tharangini Houseboat.
• Day 07: Houseboat to Cochin
  • Enjoy breakfast on the houseboat before heading to Cochin (70 km, about 2 hours). You’ll be dropped off at Kochi airport for your onward journey. Our services conclude here.

• The car type for 1 to 2 people is an air-conditioned 4-seater sedan. For 3 to 4 people, it's an air-conditioned 6-seater SUV. For 5 to 10 people, it's an air-conditioned 10-seater van or Tempo Traveler.
• Rooms are usually provided on a twin-sharing basis, meaning there will be two people per room. In a booking of 3 people, you will be assigned a 3-person room by default. If you prefer 2 separate rooms, you will need to pay an extra charge.
• Kerala is famous for its natural beauty, and in most places, you do not require a tour guide to explain the scenery. Our driver will assist you in locations where guide services are unavailable.
