Detailed Itinerary

• Day 01: Arrive Cochin / Pick up from Cochin Hotel
  • Upon arrival at Cochin International Airport or pick-up from your Cochin hotel, our representative/driver will meet you and assist you with your journey to Munnar. Enjoy a scenic drive, visiting Tea and Cardamom Plantations along the way.
  • Arrive in Munnar and check in at your hotel. After refreshing, head out for sightseeing at the Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, and Kundala Lake. Explore the lush tea gardens and learn about the tea-making process at a tea plantation. Visit the Eravikulam National Park (Rajamalai) to see the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and beautiful tea gardens. (Optional - Subject to Availability). Return to the hotel and stay overnight in Munnar.
• Day 02: Munnar to Periyar (Thekkady)
  • Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to Periyar, known for its wildlife sanctuary and spice plantations. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and freshen up.
  • Head out for sightseeing, including Elephant Bath activities like elephant feeding and photoshoots. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise on Periyar Lake, where you can spot wildlife like elephants, deer, and birds along the shoreline. Visit a spice plantation in the evening to learn about various spices grown in the region.
  • In the evening, immerse yourself in Kerala's traditional art forms at a Kathakali performance at the Kerala Kathakali Centre. Overnight stay in Periyar.
• Day 03: Periyar to Alleppey (Houseboat)
  • After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Alleppey, famous for its backwaters. Receive a warm welcome from the crew and settle into your comfortable accommodation. Start your leisurely cruise through the picturesque backwaters of Alleppey.
  • In the afternoon, enjoy a freshly prepared Kerala-style lunch served on board the houseboat. Relax on the deck as you glide past lush green paddy fields, coconut groves, and quaint villages. Take in the serene ambiance and watch local life unfold along the banks.
  • As the sun sets, the houseboat will anchor in a scenic spot. Enjoy tea or coffee with traditional snacks and marvel at the stunning sunset over the tranquil backwaters. After dusk, savor a delicious dinner featuring Kerala cuisine prepared by the onboard chef. Overnight stay at the houseboat.
• Day 04: Alleppey to Cochin Departure
  • Wake up to the gentle sounds of nature and the soothing breeze. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast served on the houseboat as you continue your cruise. Take advantage of the opportunity to observe the local way of life along the backwaters.
  • Late morning/early afternoon, around 9-10 am, proceed to Cochin. Upon arrival, our driver will assist you with your transfer to the airport for your onward journey, leaving you with cherished memories.
